FAQ
Corporate services: common questions
Do I need a resident director to set up a company in Australia?
Yes. Every Australian proprietary company must have at least one director who ordinarily resides in Australia. New Zealand has a similar requirement (a director resident in NZ or Australia). X77 Corporate provides that director, with the governance and indemnity arrangements done properly.
What else do you handle?
Company secretarial and registered-office services, ASIC and Companies Office filings, bank and payroll set-up introductions, a local address and phone presence, and the practical work of landing a foreign company in Australia, New Zealand or the United States — alongside market-entry consultancy if you want it.
How is this different from a nominee-director shop?
Our directors are experienced operators, not names on a register. They take the role seriously, attend board meetings, review what they sign and hold the company to a listed-company standard of governance. That is what protects you and them.
