FAQ
Hiring an offshore AI & Automation Specialist
How much does an offshore AI & Automation Specialist cost?
A fully loaded US AI & Automation Specialist typically costs around $140,000 a year. An experienced, English-native equivalent delivered from Cape Town or Manila — including the team lead, tooling, backup power and management — typically lands around 60–65% lower. X77 quotes exact pricing in writing after a 20-minute scoping call.
Where will my AI & Automation Specialist be based?
Cape Town, South Africa or Manila, Philippines, matched to the hours you need. Cape Town covers US Eastern/Central, the UK, Europe and the Gulf; Manila covers US Pacific and after-hours and the Australian and New Zealand day.
Is this a freelancer or an employee?
Neither. The seat is a dedicated member of a managed pod with a working team lead, employed through our delivery hubs, working only on your account, inside your tools.
How fast can they start?
Scoping call this week, written quote in 24 hours, live within 7 days from our pre-screened bench. Onboarding included.
What if the AI & Automation Specialist does not perform?
Any seat not meeting agreed KPIs after ramp is replaced at no cost within ten business days.
