What outsourced SDR actually costs in the US in 2026: a published-price benchmark
We pulled every price US outsourced SDR agencies publish, plus the third-party estimates for the ones that don't, and compared them with a fully loaded US hire and an offshore pod. The spread is 8x.
The short version
Most US outsourced SDR agencies do not publish prices. The ones that do cluster into three bands: around $2,000–$3,000 a month for email-only managed outbound with no dedicated rep; $5,000–$8,000 a month for a managed program with a shared or part-time SDR; and $11,000–$17,000 per month for one or two dedicated US-based SDRs. A fully loaded US SDR hire sits at $90,000–$175,000 a year once salary, benefits, tools, data, management and ramp are counted. A dedicated offshore SDR seat in a run pod is typically 60–70% below that US fully loaded figure.
What the market publishes (October 2026)
| Provider | What is published | Model |
|---|---|---|
| SalesRoads | $11,950 per four-week cycle for one SDR; $16,750 for two. Cancel anytime. | Dedicated US-based SDR, phone-led |
| CIENCE | Managed SDR from about $5,600/month; seat pricing $1,500–$6,500/month by onshore/offshore, plus platform and setup fees | Agency plus platform |
| LevelUp Leads | From $5,000/month, three-month minimum | Managed outbound program |
| Sales.co | $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 per month by email volume; calling and LinkedIn add-ons $1,000–$1,500 | Managed outbound, no dedicated seat |
| Cleverly | LinkedIn plans $397–$997/month; outsourced SDR about $3,000/month | LinkedIn-first outbound |
| Belkins | No price page; its own blog cites $5,500–$7,995/month | Appointment-setting agency |
| memoryBlue, Martal, Callbox, Leadium, SalesHive | Quote only | Agencies; Callbox estimated by a third party at $16,000–$32,000 per pod per month |
Figures are from vendor sites and two independent 2026 round-ups (Sales.co and ORRJO), and will move. Treat them as the shape of the market, not a quote.
Why the spread is 8x
The cheapest and dearest options are selling different things.
- Email-only managed outbound ($2,000–$3,000) buys sequences sent from the agency's infrastructure, with replies routed to you. No person is dedicated to your account. It works for simple offers into large lists and fails for complex sales.
- Managed programs with shared SDRs ($5,000–$8,000) buy a slice of a rep's week plus an account manager. You get calls and email, but the rep is learning three or four products at once.
- Dedicated US-based SDRs ($11,000–$17,000 per rep) buy a full-time American caller. For phone-heavy outbound into senior US buyers this is the premium model, and the price is essentially a US salary plus margin.
- In-house US hire ($90,000–$175,000 fully loaded) buys everything above plus the recruiting risk, a four-month ramp and a manager's time.
What "fully loaded" means for a US SDR
Base $55,000–$75,000. Variable $20,000–$30,000. Benefits and payroll taxes at 25–30% of cash. Tools and data (dialer, sequencing, enrichment, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) $8,000–$15,000. A share of a manager at one to eight. Recruiting fee or internal recruiter time. Three to four months of ramp during which the seat produces little. The honest range is $90,000–$175,000 a year, or $7,500–$14,500 a month — which is why the dedicated-US-agency band lands where it does.
Where an offshore pod sits
A dedicated SDR working only for you from Cape Town or Manila, on US hours, inside your CRM, with a team lead in the pod, QA scoring, devices, backup power and HR handled, typically prices 60–70% below the US fully loaded figure. The reason is not that the work is worse; it is that a senior SDR salary in those cities is a fraction of a US one, and the management layer is shared across a hub rather than hired per client.
What you should check before taking that saving: are the reps dedicated or shared; who manages them daily; what the accent and hours are; who owns the lists and sequences; and what happens when someone under-performs.
How we price at X77
We do not publish a price list, because every pod is scoped to a specific outcome, role mix, hours and seat count. We do commit to the process: a 20-minute scoping call, a written quote within 24 hours, seats live within 7 days with onboarding included, a 60-day pilot and then a rolling 30-day term, and replacement at no cost of any seat that misses target after ramp. The US market comparison shows the published facts side by side; the cost calculator models your own numbers.
